Lots of hard work has gone into creating, building and developing this team. The coaches put their hearts and souls into it, the boys pour hours of work and dedication into their craft, parents give up weekends, money and time to get players where they need to and siblings sacrifice their time on the weekends to watch their brothers on the field.

It’s not easy doing what we do at this level of play, but the hard work is paying off. We had a goal last year and accomplished it, but now the true hard works begins. When you’re in that top spot, everyone wants a piece of you and the target on your back gets bigger. We’re aware of that, but we welcome it, because that’s how we get better.

Yes, we’re a baseball team.

We win, we lose, we travel as a unit, but Elite RBI is so much more than “just a team”. We’re a family….
